What we do starts with What we believe. 

WE BELIEVE:

  1. People are doing the best that they can

  2. Labels aren’t helpful but recognizing patterns and how a person gets “stuck” can be

  3. In order to help people experience lasting change we must attend to the whole person:  brain, body, spirit and relationships

  4. Our job is to help people recognize and make changes to those areas using one or more of our treatment options


We use these beliefs as a foundational framework in the care we provide for every person who walks through our doors.


Initial Evaluation

After an initial evaluation, we decide together what treatment options are best. They may include: talk therapy, neurofeedback, mind-body work, parenting help, marriage therapy, referrals for supportive services, or any combination of these. As we move forward in treatment we will continually adjust treatment goals to get you to “done” faster.
